Position Overview:

Yoder Home Services is seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to support our crews. This role is essential to the successful completion of residential projects and offers hands-on experience in a skilled trade environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, and eager to learn while contributing to high-quality work that protects and restores homeowners’ properties.

As a General Laborer, you will assist with site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup while working closely with experienced technicians. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction, home services, or specialty trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist crews with waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawlspace projects
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Prepare job sites, including excavation support and debris removal
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Support team members as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality expectations
